Last Wednesday, I had a super-last-minute engagement session with Chrissy and Milo – I’ll be photographing their wedding this coming Sunday! We split our session into two parts – first, I showed them around my favorite corners of Post Alley and the market, then they introduced me to Alki Beach (I can’t believe I had lived in Seattle so long without ever visiting Alki!)
I actually like the market best when everyone goes home, and just the gritty shell of buildings and tables are left.
My favorite goofball wall:
I love this shot in the empty market:
After we’d exhausted the market and alley, we headed on to Alki. Milo and Chrissy made a quick stop at home to change, and they picked up their adorable little pug – yay!
By around 8pm, the light was just perfect.
I finally got them giggling – I love this one:
I love the view of downtown Seattle from Alki – it’s spectacular.
One last shot at sunset … See you on Sunday, guys!
