BEST OF 2012: WEDDINGS PART THREE – CEREMONY

Jan 17, 2013 | Weddings

Have you been following along with my best of 2012 wedding posts? If not you can find my favorite engagement photos here, getting ready photos here, and portraits and first look moments here. Once you’re all caught up, come back and check out my favorite ceremony photos!  I absolutely love photographing relaxed, outdoor weddings and I was lucky to have many beautiful outdoor ceremonies this year.  One of my favorites actually took place out in the open during a heavy rain storm, and it was perfect – the guests huddled up with umbrellas over them, and it made for such a romantic and cozy feel.  I also had the opportunity to photograph my first traditional Hindu ceremony at the gorgeous Taj Boston, and several Jewish weddings, along with the more traditional Christian and secular weddings.  Anyway, without further ado, here are some of my favorite ceremony moments from the last twelve months … along with a couple of scene setters and a portrait thrown in for good measure … enjoy!

The next photo was shot while helping out my friend Leah Haydock:

The next two photos, as well as the photo above of the flower girl from above, were taken while shooting for my friend Zev Fisher:
