If unsure, what factors will influence your decision? What are the three most important factors to consider when choosing our Potluck 2017 house? Pick THREE. low cost - keep it at $500 or less for food/accommodation for the week vs extending to $600/$650 location (i) - natural beauty/fun things to do close by (beach, lake, forest, etc.) overnight comfort - lots of rooms to minimize sharing great communal space - lots of space, nice place to gather/host talks length of stay - keep it Saturday-Friday rather than shortening length of stay location (ii) - within a couple of hours' drive of a major/intl airport other (use next box to explain) OTHER - use to explain if "other" was selected in the above list If camping on-site (vs having a bed in a room) is an option, how do you feel about that? hell no, I'm too old for camping! I love camping, that sounds awesome! I'd be up for it if there's somewhere dry I can move to if it rains maybe, only if it's a cheaper option maybe, whether or not a cheaper option, so I can have privacy Please use this space to make any further comments about choosing a house for Potluck 2017 How do you feel about the balance of learning vs. free time? Would you rather have more little tasks or fewer big tasks? For example, dinner cleanup is a big job; should we add another person to this crew or keep it as is? Do you have any other feedback on how things were run this year? You can mention the schedule, cooking, cleanup, rooming, etc. How do you feel about adding additional Potluckers? We have traditionally added new members if we do not fill the house. Do you like the idea of adding a few new people every year? Or would you like to see the group capped? If you would like to add someone, then who? How do you feel about those in the group that have NOT attended a potluck gathering, or who have not continued to contribute?
