Engagement Session Teasers: Stephanie + Stephen

Jan 8, 2009 | Engagements

Hey folks, I know it’s been a while since I last blogged … but I’ve been making lots of big changes, including giving my blog a major design overhaul (and a new website is just around the corner too, yay!)  So thanks for your patience, and for your support and enthusiasm over on Facebook.  🙂

Anyway, last Sunday, on a dark and dingy afternoon, I met with Stephen and Stephanie for their engagement session at Seattle Center.  We were handed the toughest conditions I’ve ever experienced during an engagement shoot – it was insanely dark, and shortly after we started it began to snow … very pretty, maybe, but it was a rough ride for my equipment!  Still, I had the perfect models – Stephanie and Stephen were super chirpy and needed pretty much no direction – they were total troupers throughout our short session.  Thanks for bringing me warmth and smiles, and see you very soon for your January 24th wedding!

  3. I love the new blog Kate. It wasn’t like the old one was hard to navigate, but this one is just so much cleaner. Who’d a thunk it?? Getting so excited for the big bump shoot!!! Loved all your ideas.

  4. I like them – in particular the purple/pink wall pics. The darker one is a great one of us and the warbled space needle is really cool in the other. You made the dark day look much brighter. The big snow pic is great too.
