This weather is insane!  I have never known Seattle to be so cold, but the snow is gorgeous and it sure makes for some cute photos!  Last weekend I had two family portrait sessions with some of my favorite longstanding clients.  I’ll come back to Saturday’s session with Katie and her family in a few days, as I wanted to start with the snow photos of Kari and Chris and their family.

We met up first at Carkeek Park, but it was closed due to the snow … so we all headed down to Green Lake which was icy cold but utterly beautiful.  They wanted some last-minute Christmas portraits for a gift to their mom, and we got some lovely shots.  Here is the gorgeous Gibson family, and their fabulous husbands and girlfriends and kids.  Thanks for being so amazingly cheerful and upbeat and I hope you all like your photos!
