Just over a week ago, I was delighted to join one of my BFFs, Boston wedding photographer extraordinaire Leah Haydock, to second shoot for her at Duke and Becky’s gorgeous winter wedding. Leah has written a beautiful account of the day, so please see her blog for the write-up (getting ready photos can be found here, the first look here, and more in general here) … Anyway, I’ll keep the text here short and sweet and focus on the pictures.
Becky got ready at the lovely Back Bay Hotel. The light was gorgeous, just like the bride:

This may be my all-time favorite bride-in-a-car image. Becky was luminous …
The first look was at the ceremony location: the Winter Garden at the Seaport Hotel. It is THE perfect spot for a winter wedding; the light in there is spectacular!
The flowers by Winston’s were divine. Love those colors, too:
The ceremony – from a sweet moment between Becky and her dad before they headed down the aisle …
… to the magnificent surprise ending (a surprise for Duke) with BU’s Dear Abbeys singing ‘All You need is Love’. Love indeed!
The Dear Abbeys are utterly splendid. 🙂
Champagne and canapes at the Seaport …
… then over to the private dining room at Mistral for dinner. Love this setup!
The food was excellent, and the atmosphere warm (and dark, ha!)

I need to look in the dictionary for more words that mean amazing & gorgeous since I sound like a broken record! But…they are! I do love the one of feet & the shoe fallen so I see why you ‘love’ it and the car shot is just stunning! You & Leah are both amazing! Your talents continue to blow me away! 🙂
