BOSTON PUBLIC LIBRARY WINTER WEDDING
The iconic Boston Public Library is an incredible spot for weddings year-round; Leigh and Eric married in early January in a classic, simple, yet elegant affair. They made great use of the many majestic spaces offered by the Library, with the ceremony and dancing in the Abbey Room, dinner in beautiful Bates Hall, and cocktails in the Chavannes Gallery. They also had a grand exit down the main staircase and through the entrance hall, with guests waving flags.
JEWISH WEDDING AT THE CRANE ESTATE
Weddings at The Crane Estate in Ipswich, MA are typically elegant, grand affairs, and this wonderful same-sex Jewish wedding was no exception! KK and Robin started their Jewish celebration with the bedeken, or veiling ceremony, and continued with the Ketubah signing, then onto a beautiful outdoor wedding ceremony on the great lawn on the Crane Estate. Cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing all took place in the exquisite Great House at the Crane Estate.
MOOO RESTAURANT WEDDING AT XV BEACON HOTEL
XV Beacon Hotel was the setting for this late summer multi-faith Jewish wedding in downtown Boston. The couple married in the wine cellar of Mooo Restaurant, then took photos in some of their favorite spots around Boston. The reception was held in the main space at Mooo and festivities included hilarious toasts, a magnificent hora, and lots and lots of dancing. The start of the day was brimming with emotion, and the celebration ended with a raucous party!
THE RED INN, PROVINCETOWN WEDDING
I love photographing gay weddings, and especially when they take place in Provincetown! This wedding at the Red Inn in P-Town featured amazing acrobats dressed as sailors from Boston Circus Guild, and a day which started quietly with the grooms helping each other get dressed ended with one of the most fabulous dance parties I have seen!
SOUTH DARTMOUTH PRIVATE RESIDENCE WEDDING
Private residence weddings are my absolute favorite as there is something so special about getting married in the place where you spent so much time growing up, or vacationing. This incredible property is the summer home of groom Ben’s parents and was the perfect backdrop for this vintage, rustic, yet incredibly elegant and chic celebration.
